Maya Bar-Zvi, RDN, LD
Maya’s interest in nutrition came from living in various yoga retreats. She has always been fascinated by the way holistic nutrition combined with medical treatment created a synergy that improved physical and mental health, as well as a greater sense of well-being. Maya received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and completed an internship at Bastyr University, Washington. She divides her time between Nutrition Therapy and providing support for the plant-based eating component of Ornish Lifestyle Medicine, offered through Cardiopulmonary Rehab Services.



Nico Bevitori
Nico received his Master of Science degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2014 from Indiana University. He has 10 years of cardiopulmonary experience in various roles. He and his wife have 2 beautiful children that keep them active. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and fishing. 



Sheri Bontrager
Sheri has been a licensed massage therapist since 2018 and has been teaching Yoga since 2010. Her classes have primarily focused on breathwork and feeling contrasts between effort and relaxation- facilitating a connection between mind, body and heart. She is excited to join the Ornish team in CPRS and support participants in managing their stress. Of all her educational experiences, her children have been her greatest teachers. Together they enjoy creating in the kitchen, supporting local businesses and all things plant based.  



Connie Dobson
Connie comes to the Goshen Health team with a background in nursing leadership. She is passionate about promoting health and wellness through a multidisciplinary approach. She divides her time in Cardipulmonary Rehab Services between traditional Cardiac Rehab and the Ornish Lifestyle Medicine program. In her spare time she enjoys boating and family time.



Elizabeth Drzewiecki
Elizabeth is a 2022 Indiana University grad who has always had a growing love for exercise, nutrition, and holistic health. She has learned to love cardiac rehab specifically, as well as the population served by Goshen Health. Her goal is to influence heart healthy lifestyles onto others. She enjoys staying physically active; In her free time, she plays in adult volleyball leagues and travels to various tournaments.
 



Amy Earl
As the Cardiopulmonary Assistant, Amy is the first person you see when you check in for your appointment. She finds it rewarding to see patients make progress and return to their lives after life-changing events. In her free time, she enjoys visiting with family and attending her children’s events and activities.
 



Cassandra Long
Cassandra leads the support group for Ornish Lifestyle Medicine, helping participants navigate their shared journey while recovering from heart disease. She loves encouraging and motivating individuals from all walks of life. Cassandra has a Master’s of Social Work from Indiana University of South Bend.



Mark Potuck
Mark’s passion for promoting tobacco prevention and cessation stems from losing both parents and other family members to tobacco-related diseases. In 2014, he became Goshen Hospital’s first tobacco treatment specialist. He earned a Master of Science in Public Health from UCLA and was certified as a tobacco treatment specialist (TTS) by Mayo Clinic’s Nicotine Dependence Center. Other than his grandkids, family and golf, he finds joy in helping adults break free from their nicotine addiction and youth avoid both tobacco and vaping.



Jordan Saupe
Jordan graduated from Indiana University South Bend in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. She enjoys helping her patients get back to doing what they love while introducing them to a healthy lifestyle. In her free time, she likes painting and spending time with family.



Caitlin Stoll
Caitlin graduated from the University of Indianapolis in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. Upon graduating, she earned her Personal Training Certification as well as her Exercise Physiologist Certification through the American College of Sports Medicine. In her free time, she enjoys spending time on the lake and camping with her family.  



Celia Urbina
Celia graduated in 2020 from Ivy Tech community college with an Associate of Applied Science in Respiratory Therapy.  She likes being a respiratory therapist because she enjoys helping her patients breathe a little easier and increase their quality of life. In her spare time, she enjoys dancing and watching movies with her husband and children.
