Alyssa Yoder, NP, is a certified nurse practitioner who provides coordinated breast cancer screening, risk assessment and diagnostic services. She focuses primarily on developing and managing treatment plans for women at high risk for breast cancer and breast cancer survivors.
Prior to joining the Retreat, Alyssa served as a registered nurse in the Progressive Care Unit at Goshen Hospital.
Philosophy of Care
Alyssa cares for patients as though they are family. She believes patients deserve an advocate and educator to guide them through post-treatment care into survivorship and surveillance. By focusing on the patient’s point of view, she can address their concerns, answer questions and provide peace of mind and support as they make decisions about their care.
