Biography

Jeff Lain is a certified family nurse practitioner and surgical first assistant at Goshen Physicians Orthopedics & Sports Medicine. He collaborates with orthopedic surgeons in treating back and spine conditions. Jeff has over two decades of experience in surgical and critical care nursing, involving all phases of the surgical process. Prior to joining the orthopedic group, he served as a first assistant in a wide array of surgeries, including robotic-assisted procedures at Goshen Hospital.
 
When Jeff is away from patient care, he is in search of his next adventure and enjoys traveling with family, weightlifting and cycling.

Philosophy of Care

The first step in patient care for Jeff is to get to know the patient and build a strong patient-provider relationship. He listens to patient concerns and focuses on treatment options to help them feel better and return to activities they enjoy.

Biography

Hollyann Lambdin is a board certified nurse practitioner with Goshen Physicians OB/GYN. She provides specialized care for women of all ages to address a wide variety of women’s health issues. Services she provides range from routine exams, screenings and wellness care to surgical and post-surgical care. Hollyann also serves as a surgical first assistant alongside OB/GYN surgeons in the operating room.

Hollyann is passionate about the physical, emotional and overall health of women. She considers health education vital for women as they move through each stage of life.

Prior to joining the obstetric and gynecology team, Hollyann worked closely with specialists at Goshen Physicians Pain Management to treat patients with chronic conditions. She has more than 15 years of experience in nursing.

Away from the office, Hollyann enjoys spending time with her husband and children, entertaining, cooking, traveling and attending Chicago Cubs baseball games and Notre Dame athletic events.

Biography

Dr. Robert Lane is an orthopedic surgeon with Goshen Physicians Orthopedics & Sports Medicine.He specializes in complex surgeries of the hand and upper extremities and has advanced training in microsurgical repair of arteries and nerves. Dr. Lane cares for patients with a wide range of orthopedic disorders, including fractures, arthritis, dislocations, ligament injuries, sprains and strains.

For Dr. Lane, the ultimate goal in treating patients is to help them return to sports, work, hobbies or doing whatever it is they love. Biography

Melissa Larson is a certified family nurse practitioner at Goshen Physicians Gastroenterology. She works closely with a team of highly trained specialists to provide the best possible care for patients with a range of stomach and digestive disorders.

Certified in conscious sedation, Melissa is trained to assist in surgical procedures, such as endoscopies, colonoscopies, biopsies, endoscopic ultrasounds and endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP). She also manages care for patients with acid reflux disease, Crohn’s disease, gastric ulcers and other gastrointestinal conditions.

Melissa began her career as a registered nurse in 2010 and has worked in hospital-based and outpatient surgical units in the region. She has gained a broad experience of caring for patients who undergo endoscopic procedures.

Malinda J. Lasater, DO, is a board certified primary care physician at Goshen Physicians Family Medicine & Urgent Care. She is dedicated to improving the health of our community by providing patient-centered care with a hands-on approach to diagnose, treat and prevent illness or injury. When she is away from practicing medicine, Dr. Lasater enjoys cooking, traveling and recreational sports, including golf and soccer.

LaToya Lewis, ND, is a naturopathic medicine resident at Goshen Center for Cancer Care. She offers patients with cancer natural therapies and lifestyle recommendations that support a healthy quality of life. Her therapies help reduce side effects and increase the effectiveness of conventional cancer treatments.
 
With every patient, Dr. Lewis provides evidence-informed therapies that treat the whole person—physically, mentally and emotionally. She encourages patients to take an active role in setting healthy habits that improve the body’s natural ability to heal and improve quality of life.
 
Family time, community service and the natural world take priority when Dr. Lewis is away from patient care. She also channels her energy into strength training, dance and travel.

Biography

Dr. Jingpin Li is a board certified family medicine physician at Goshen Physicians Family Medicine Pro Park. She provides comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages, from newborns and pre-teens to young adults and older populations. Her medical experience includes an emphasis on women's health and disease management for patients with diabetes, heart failure, depression and other complex conditions. She also has specialized training in addiction medications and long-term contraceptives.
 
Dr. Li is a first-generation American and a cat lover, despite her allergies. When she is away from medical practice, she is an avid runner and trains for 5K races.

Biography

Dr. Justin Lightburn is an Interventional Radiologist at Goshen Hospital. He performs vascular, non-vascular and interventional oncologic procedures at Goshen Hospital, Elkhart General Hospital and LaPorte Hospital. He serves as chairman of interventional radiology for all three hospitals, and as the Director of Interventional Radiology for Goshen Hospital. He is an executive board member for Radiology, Inc., Mishawaka, where he helps set policies for physicians.

Dr. Lightburn specializes in endovascular and interventional oncology procedures. His endovascular procedures include common carotid artery stent placements, carotid ultrasounds, stenting, ablations and venography. He treats peripheral artery disease, vascular malformation, carotid artery disease, aortic aneurysm, cerebrovascular disease and venous insufficiency. His interventional oncology procedures include radioembolization of tumors, chemoembolization of tumors and percutaneous ablation of tumors.

Biography

Maricel Lopez-Colon is a licensed dietitian and nutritionist at Goshen Center for Cancer Care. She provides nutrition counseling to help patients with cancer maintain well-being and ease side effects during and after treatment. As part of the Integrative Care Team, Maricel works closely with oncologists and other providers to treat the whole person and support the best quality of life possible.
 
From Puerto Rico, Maricel is fluent in English and Spanish. She stays connected with friends and family through social media platforms and shares nutrition resources with her community.

Anne Love, MSN, FNP, works together with providers at Goshen Physicians Family Medicine Keystone to ensure that every patient seen receives the high-quality, individualized care they deserve. Seeing patients of all ages, she is trained in diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illness with an emphasis on disease prevention and wellness promotion. In addition, she orders and interprets diagnostic testing, following up with both pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatment plans. Prior to joining Goshen Physicians Family Medicine Keystone she worked as a resident nurse in intensive care, progressive care, oncology, medical/surgical and the emergency department at Goshen Hospital. Anne earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Goshen College in Goshen, Indiana. In recognition of her outstanding academic achievements, she was selected to join Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Anne resides with her family near the community of Goshen, Indiana, where she enjoys reading, writing, blogging, photography, genealogy, and church activities.

Doug Liepert, MD, is double-board certified in ear, nose and throat medicine and sleep medicine. He provides expert care for patients of all ages who have conditions that affect their sleep, sinuses and breathing.

Dr. Liepert is highly trained and experienced in minimally invasive procedures and office-based nasal and sinus surgery to help patients breathe and sleep better. He also offers home sleep testing, comprehensive sleep evaluations, CPAP (continuous positive airway pressure) therapy and other sleep apnea therapies.
