    Dr. Kyle Carlson is an orthopedic surgeon with Goshen Physicians Orthopedics & Sports Medicine. He is fellowship trained in adult reconstruction orthopedic surgery and specializes in total joint replacement of hips and knees. He also treats patients with general orthopedic problems, including injuries and trauma to bones, ligaments and tendons.
     
    Dr. Carlson has advanced training and experience in treating complex cases. He specializes in adult revisions to joint replacements and treatment for conditions caused by degenerative diseases, including arthritis.
     
    His goal is to help patients get back to activities that are most important to them. His conservative approach blends non-operative treatment and surgical solutions to relieve musculoskeletal pain or discomfort that may limit a patient's quality of life.

    Quentin Cave is a licensed and board certified athletic trainer at Goshen Physicians Orthopedics & Sports Medicine. He provides athletic training services for student athletes in grades 7-12 at Fairfield Jr/Sr High School in Goshen, IN. As an integral part of the school's athletic program, Quentin evaluates, diagnoses and rehabilitates students with orthopedic injuries sustained during athletic events and practice activities.
     
    Quentin also works to prevent orthopedic injuries and provides medical coverage during all home sporting events. He is specially trained to provide instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) and massage cupping. These techniques relieve pain and increase circulation in tight or tense areas of the body.

    Maritza Chavez Stahly is a licensed and board certified athletic trainer at Goshen Physicians Orthopedics & Sports Medicine. She works closely with student athletic programs at Goshen High School, Goshen Middle School and Concord High School to evaluate, diagnose and rehabilitate students with sports injuries. For middle school and high school sporting events, Maritza sets up venues for games, matches and meets.
     
    Education plays an important role in Maritza's approach to training young athletes. She guides them in methods to prevent injuries and teaches proper nutrition and hydration for athletes. Maritza is specially trained in the Graston Technique to eliminate pain and restore range of motion and normal function after soft tissue injuries.
     
    During time away from work, Maritza has a passion for family, cooking, travel and nature. She finds stress relief in reading and coloring.

    Dr. Arjuna Cuddeback is a board certified and fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon at Goshen Physicians Orthopedics & Sports Medicine. He assesses and treats a full spectrum of musculoskeletal disorders ranging from arthritis to work and sports injuries, as well as fractures. He also has advanced training in lower extremity trauma and adult foot and ankle reconstruction.

    His ultimate goal for his patients is a successful return to work, sports or a desired level of physical activity. A former semi-professional soccer player, Dr. Cuddeback is passionate about physical fitness and sports. He was captain of his university men’s club soccer team, has coached a girls’ high school soccer team and been assistant coach for a men’s varsity soccer team during medical school. In his free time, he also enjoys carpentry, traveling, music and movies.
